You can reach out to us to process your refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that if you’ve already started working on the course, the refund is no longer available. If the 14 days time frame has passed, the refund is no longer available.

If you have paid for the live course or tutor lead course and did not start the session, please reach out to us and we will transfer your course to a new session as long as the instructor has availability. Please note you are only eligible for one transfer.

This is a tool that gives you access to the courses you’ve enrolled in and the certificates received from completing such courses. 

At this moment, we offer credit cards, debit cards and PayPal methods. We do not offer installment payments at this moment.

Yes. We have several free courses available across many topics. More will be added later on.

To earn a certificate in your course, your course progress must be 100%, all lessons must be marked green, and you need to maintain a result of 80% or above in every assignment. Your course will be automatically updated to complete, once you are done with the final assessment and clear it with 80% marks or above.
