Scrum Masters are servant-leaders, helping teams navigate the difficult terrain that is a project. The main goal they have is to make sure development efforts don't drift away from project goals by keeping them focused and on target. By so doing they make sure that companies can achieve success and save huge "operational costs". This must sound so familiar to what Project Managers do.
