Welcome to the Appreciative Career Coaching with Dr. M. Are you in need of help breaking into the IT/cybersecurity field? Are you a professional looking to move to the next level of your career?

You have come to the right place. We use an appreciative coaching model to help you learn about yourself and create an individual plan to help you get to your goals. Each person is unique and so should your plan be unique to you.

The goal of this course is for you to develop an individualized professional development plan with weekly group and individual sessions to help guide you to your goals. Then, after this course, Dr. M continues to work with you on a weekly basis to guide you to your career goals.

You will learn to develop and act on a personalized professional development plan to help you reach your career goals

Week 1 - Definition - The goal of the definition phase is to create a coaching framework to allow us to work together effectively.

Wee 2 - Discovery - The goal of the discovery phase is to appreciate the best of "what is". I will be exploring reflective questions with you to help me understand you.

Week 3 - Dream - The goal of the dream phase is to link your positive past to the present and cultivate and support your dream of a positive future.

Week 4 - Design - The goal of the design phase is to bring your dream into focus, affirm the reality of the dream, and support positive choices and actions.

Week 5 - Destiny - The goal of the Destiny phase is to innovate "what will be", to recognize your dream in the present, enable you to expand your capacity to create the dream, and support you in achieving your dream.

There are no course requirements or prerequistes.

New and/or Existing cyber professionals looking to break into the profession or move up in the cyber profession.
